Cecilia DiGuglielmo (better known as Ceil), owner and operator, is a professionally trained seamstress specializing in home fashions creating beautiful soft furnishing of all kinds: pillows, table runners, throws, cushions, window treatments, as well as other fabric accessories for the home. Ceil works closely with local interior decorators and designers to meet the clients desired specifications and the functionality of the project. Ceil creates beautiful, quality work at reasonable prices. An hourly rate of $75 is charged for consultations & measurements. Treatments professionally installed by Custom Blinds & Installation.
Holiday Cut-Off dates are as follows. All consultations, measurements, design approvals, and purchases for fabrics, trims, and hardware must be completed and received 4 - 6 weeks prior to these dates in order to receive installation of completed window treatments prior to these holidays. NOTE: 4 - 6 week time frame applies to quantity two standard windows.
